Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Marc did an extraordinary job of helping one of our clients as well as my own company. Situation 1: The ED of one of our nonprofit clients was locked out of all of her email accounts shortly after they'd undergone a rebrand. GoDaddy's customer service was not helping, only making things worse. Marc was able to come in and regain access to all accounts in a very short time. Situation 2: My company's emails were often landing in spam folders - Marc was able to assist by adjusting the DNS records so that our emails end up in the inboxes where they belong. His customer service is impeccable and reliable.
